1. Appointments & Services

Prior booking is recommended. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or shorter service duration.

2. Product Orders

Orders placed for hair, skincare, or wellness products are confirmed once payment is received.
Product availability is subject to stock and demand.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and online payment gateways.

4. Health & Allergies

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before availing treatments.

5. Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in refusal of service.

6. Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows or late cancellations may be charged a fee.
