2. Products
We accept returns on unused, sealed products within 7 days of purchase, under these conditions:
Original receipt is required
Product must be in original packaging
Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
No cash refunds for card/online payments.
4. Exchange
Products may be exchanged only if defective or damaged at the time of delivery, reported within 48 hours.
